Our strong point is the olives, followed by the vines and seedlings. Not far from the housing is our farm animals, this zone houses a re-population of pheasants and in one of the corrals we have pigs of the Cinta Senese type. In our little world you will also find a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, chicken, rabbit and duck and everything else which is a part of our wonderful world of agriculture.
THE OLIVES
From the main house you may admire our olive trees, two thousand, lined up like soldiers wearing green helmets. The olive picking, done by hand, is carried out in the second half of October for the Leccino and Frantoiano type of olives and goes on until end
of November for the Seggianese olives. Our biological olive oil is coldly refined, selected by variety, preserved in steel drums and bottled only at the moment of purchase in this manner it preserves all its characteristics. Its aroma reminds you of artichokes and freshly mown grass, it's the colour of a green lawn, its acidity is less than 0.3 making it an excellent product for all your dishes.
