Our Tuscany farming traditions other than handing down customs also handed down old recipes, good simple and nutritional. We decided, thanks to the love of good things, to continue teaching these recipes and secrets, the origin, the tricks of preparing a table which is a work of art.

Stanza degustazioni e corso di cucinaThis course is comprised of four lessons each one lasting two hours, in which time it will be explained to you, with the help of a book, the origins, the history, the variations, and in the end you will have the opportunity to cook or just try these recipes. The book we use is made up in 2 parts, one for the recipes and the other explaining different herbs and wild animals present at our farm. If you are interested in our cookery lessons all you have to do is phone me or if you are our guest tell someone at the farm.
