The biological farm "Rotrecine" was founded in 1260 thanks to the monks from the monastery of St. Salvatore who owned it until 1786. Over the last two centuries, it was first owned by the Terni family, then by the Mother House of the sisters of Stimmatine, then after 30 years of ownership it was acquired by the Galloni family who are still the owners. The main house, complete in its construction represents the center of the farm which extends, with its 70 ha, up to the Ribusieri river, maintaining, even today, the ruins of the old water mill.
