This apartment takes its name from the entrance veranda where you may eat or simply admire the scenery.
It's comprised of an ample sized living-room, studio type kitchen made of stonework, double bedroom (possibility for including children), large bathroom with shower. Kitchen appliances include microwave, wood burning oven and dishwasher. Rooms warmly and romantic decorated. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. The apartment has a private garden with table, divan, swinging chair and a barbecue.
APP. 2 IL FIENILE
Made out of an old hay loft has an independent entrance which faces the medieval village of Monticello Amiata, inside it still preserves an old brick wall dating back to 1400.

Kitchen has electric oven, room faces to the Porrona castle. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. Has private garden in the area of a beautiful pavilion, includes table, divan, swinging chair and a barbecue.

The old residence of my grandparents, independent entrance, all the windows open out towards the surrounding views. This apartment is for 4 people and is comprised of on ample sized living-room with studio type kitchen, master bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
